How does the Revolut referral program work?
Revolut does not run one universal public referral offer. Eligible Personal customers receive a campaign invitation in-app or by e-mail showing the reward, deadline and exact requirements. The friend must join through that unique link and complete all required steps in time.
How to complete a Revolut referral

The invitee must be a new Revolut Personal customer and complete identity verification.

Fund the account and order the physical card
Funding can be by bank transfer, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Transfers from another Revolut customer do not count. Pro, Kids & Teens, Business and Joint cards do not satisfy the physical-card step.

Complete the required card purchases
The number and minimum amount are campaign-specific. Currency exchange, transfers, gambling and gift cards are excluded; payments count only once fully processed.
Where is it available?
Only customers who receive a promotion invitation and whose account/location is eligible can participate. Spain has current referral help and legal terms, but the exact campaign can differ by user and country.
Why referral rewards fail or arrive late
Revolut normally pays automatically after confirming eligibility; its legal terms allow up to 10 business days after the invitee completes all required steps.
- The friend did not use the exact unique link when signing up.
- One or more required steps missed the deadline.
- A card purchase is pending, refunded or otherwise invalid.
- The invitee already had a Revolut Personal account or reversed a required step, such as closing the account within 14 days or cancelling the card before arrival.
Is the Revolut referral program worth it?
It can be attractive when your own campaign offers a strong reward and the friend genuinely wants Revolut, but check the deadline, physical-card requirement, minimum purchases and whether the friend gets anything before sharing.
