Unicaja Plan Amigo: €50 per Friend, Up to €1,000 (2026)

Unicaja is a Spanish bank offering current accounts, cards, savings, loans, mortgages and digital banking to consumers and businesses. Plan Amigo is its customer-referral promotion for bringing eligible new customers to the bank.

The existing customer joins Plan Amigo in Digital Banking or at a branch, receives a personal code and shares it. The friend must become a qualifying new Unicaja customer, redeem the code, open an account as first holder and meet the income requirement.

The referrer receives €50 for each qualifying friend, up to €1,000 as an individual. Unicaja lets the referrer choose cash or donate each incentive to an NGO. The invited friend has no separate Plan Amigo payment, but can potentially combine the signup with Unicaja’s separate salary/pension incentive if its conditions are met.

The current official Plan Amigo page says the promotion is valid until September 30, 2026. That deadline is close, so codes and eligibility should be checked on the live page before signup.

The friend must redeem the code and satisfy all qualifying conditions. Unicaja’s public page focuses on eligibility rather than promising a specific payout day, so this guide does not state an unsupported payment timeframe.

• A “new customer” cannot have participated in any Unicaja product or service in any capacity during the previous 12 months.
• The friend must open the account as first holder and redeem the host code.
• The income condition is salary or pension of at least €600, or a self-employed contribution of at least €50.
• The individual referrer cap is €1,000, equivalent to 20 successful €50 referrals.
• Unicaja explicitly permits sharing the code through social networks, WhatsApp, email or another channel.
• The separate salary/pension signup promotion has its own conditions, including a 24-month commitment; do not confuse it with the referrer’s €50 Plan Amigo reward.

€50 per successful friend is straightforward and the €1,000 cap is high, but the friend needs qualifying recurring income and must genuinely be new to Unicaja. With the September 30 deadline, it is most useful for someone already planning to open an eligible Unicaja account.
