Spain — the finetwork.com Plan Amigo offer (not automatically finetwork.es)

Finetwork Plan Amigo 2026: €15 Each, 25% Bill Discount and Key Rules
Finetwork's currently published Plan Amigo offer on finetwork.com gives both the person inviting and the new customer €15 in virtual-wallet credit after an eligible service becomes active. It is not €15 cash or an immediate €15 bill reduction: at most 25% of each monthly bill before tax can be offset. Spain has also seen two Finetwork-branded websites during a brand transition, so check which operator and domain your contract belongs to before relying on a code.

What Finetwork's Plan Amigo actually is
The operator describes Plan Amigo as an invitation code for friends or relatives joining its Spanish mobile or fibre services. The new customer must enter the code in the 'Me ha recomendado un amigo' field while ordering on finetwork.com or through the app. Once the service is active, both sides can receive wallet credit. A code shared after an in-store signup is not covered.
€15 for both sides — but the 25% ceiling matters
Finetwork promises €15 in its virtual wallet to the inviter and another €15 to the invited customer. Each month the wallet can offset no more than 25% of the billed amount before tax, so it may take several invoices to use one reward. For example, Finetwork's FAQ says a €14.90 VAT-inclusive mobile bill (€12.30 before tax) allows a maximum €3.08 discount that month. Extra data bundles and special-rate charges are excluded. The reward is a discount balance, not a bank transfer.
How to invite a friend and claim the discount
- 1
Open your invitation
In the Finetwork app, go to 'Para ti' → 'Recomienda y gana' and copy your personal code.
- 2
Check the correct website
Ask the friend to use the participating finetwork.com website or app; do not assume a code works on finetwork.es.
- 3
Enter the code before paying
The friend enters the code in 'Me ha recomendado un amigo' during the online order.
- 4
Activate the service
Complete the eligible mobile or fibre activation or number transfer; an unactivated order does not trigger credit.
- 5
Review the wallet
Check both accounts for €15 each, then monitor discounts starting with the next invoice. Contact Finetwork at 1777 if missing.
Availability in Spain and the two Finetwork domains
The official Plan Amigo help page and promotional page are on finetwork.com and explicitly describe Spanish mobile, number-transfer and fibre signups. Separately, Vodafone launched Finetwork-branded services on finetwork.es in July 2026 during a dispute over the brand, and reporting described an October 10 transition deadline. A working finetwork.com referral page does not establish that finetwork.es honours the same code or that existing customers have been migrated. Confirm the contract issuer, app and checkout before ordering.
When does the reward appear and how long does it last?
The FAQ says the €15 wallet credit is generated when the invited person has an active service, and available discounts start with the next billing cycle. The credit continues to reduce eligible invoices until exhausted, subject to the 25% monthly ceiling. The official pages do not give a fixed promotion end date or a universal expiry date for unused credit. Do not assume that a balance survives a change of account holder or cancellation.
Who can invite, and what can a friend order?
The FAQ says the invitation programme can be recommended whether or not you already use Finetwork, but redemption is through a Finetwork billing wallet; non-customers should check in the app how any reward can be used. It covers new activations, number transfers and fibre where available. The friend must place the order through the website or app and enter the code during checkout. Physical stores and other channels are expressly excluded.
Reasons the reward or discount can be lost
- Shop purchases and other offline signups do not qualify; use the website or app.
- The invited service must become active before the reward is generated.
- Monthly discounts cannot exceed 25% of the invoice before tax.
- Additional bundles and special-rate charges do not qualify for this discount.
- Cancelling service by either party can remove remaining referral discounts.
- An outgoing number transfer by the invited customer can cancel the benefit.
- Changing the account holder on either side can void wallet credit.
- If an invoice remains unpaid into the following month, the referral discount is not applied.
- There is no official published cap on the number of friends, but rewards are not cash.
- Do not assume the finetwork.com offer applies to Vodafone's separate finetwork.es checkout.
Is the offer worth using?
If you are already choosing a Finetwork mobile or fibre tariff, €15 of eventual bill credit for each side is useful. Compare the monthly tariff, network coverage, installation and any commitment before switching; a €15 credit should not outweigh a worse long-term deal. The biggest practical catches are the 25% pre-tax ceiling, the online-only code field and the finetwork.com versus finetwork.es distinction. Keep screenshots of the checkout offer and the wallet if the operator's brand transition affects your account.
