Paste your existing profile
Add the public URL of a supported profile such as Linktree or Beacons. ReferTree scans the page for referral links and codes.
Review the detected referrals
ReferTree identifies the company where possible, shows the detected link or code and pre-fills available reward information. Anything incomplete is clearly marked for review.
Edit anything that needs a check
You can open each detected referral in the same editor used for normal referrals, complete missing information and confirm the final result before importing.
Import the referrals you want
Ready referrals can be selected and imported in one go. Existing companies, duplicate links and duplicate codes are detected so you do not accidentally create the same referral again.
Two ways to import
The beta importer currently supports two import paths, so you can choose the one that matches how your referrals are stored today.
From a public profile link
Paste a supported public profile URL. This is the fastest option if your referrals already live on a link-in-bio or similar page.
From Excel or CSV
Download the ReferTree template, add your referrals and upload the completed .xlsx or .csv file. This is useful for larger lists or data you already keep in a spreadsheet.
Built to avoid overwriting your profile
Importing only adds new referrals. ReferTree checks what is already in your profile and applies the same duplicate and validation rules used when referrals are added manually. Items that need more information are held for review instead of being imported automatically.
Why beta?
Referral pages can be structured in many different ways and third-party sites can change. We are launching the importer in beta so we can improve detection and the review flow with real profiles while keeping you in control of what is ultimately saved.
Frequently asked questions
Can I import my Linktree profile into ReferTree?+
Yes, supported public Linktree profiles can be scanned by pasting the profile URL into the ReferTree importer. ReferTree then prepares the detected referrals for review before you save them.
Does the importer work only with Linktree?+
No. The importer also supports Beacons and other compatible public profile pages. Because third-party page structures differ, some profiles may require more manual review than others.
Can I import referrals from a spreadsheet?+
Yes. ReferTree provides Excel and CSV templates that you can complete and upload directly.
Will importing replace referrals I already have?+
No. The importer only adds new referrals. Existing referrals are not updated or overwritten.
What happens if ReferTree cannot detect all the information?+
The referral is marked as needing review. You can edit the detected item, complete the missing fields and then import it.
How are duplicate referrals handled?+
ReferTree checks for referrals already in your profile and for duplicate links or codes in the import. The same duplicate and validation rules used for manual referrals also apply to imports.
Is the referral importer free?+
The importer is part of ReferTree and is currently available in beta to ReferTree users.
